Our Agency is known in the industry for our motivational and human resource development activities. We keep our personnel satisfied and content by inculcating regular incentive schemes, thereby insuring their constant commitment and loyalty. We use advanced manpower management techniques for enrolling and training our personnel. For specialized work, we enroll personnel through government agencies such as the D.G.R. (Director General Resettlement). All armed personnel are registered with the D.C.P. Licensing, or other issuing agencies. A team of qualified, Ex-paramilitary personnel as well as other competent staff imparts training to the personnel, covering various aspects pertaining to security duties. Police Verification is done to ensure the antecedents of the personnel. All measures are taken to employ, train and deploy a correct blend of personnel to fit your system as a tailor made outfit. Our rates are based on simple & standardised formula of minimum wages plus a hundred rupees. Our rates are followed for all times to come. This way they remain standardised and increase subject to increase in minimum wages only.
