The contract will be valid for a period of one year, after which it may be renewed/ in case of no correspondence, will be understood to have been renewed. The contract may be terminated by either side by giving the other a one month notice or payment in lieu there of

Any personnel provided by Colonel's Security Chambers, will at no stage i.e. either during or after termination of contract be employed directly by you

The bill for the month will be forwarded to you by the 3rd of the next month, payment of which should be made within 7 days.
